Women level 7 skills/ requirments

trying to be a level 7, but i dont know all the requirments... i know most of floor and vault but i dont know beam or bars, help!

Bars:
free hip handstand
cast handstand
2 giants
layout flyaway

Beam:
Backhandspring
a connection
frontwards pass(frontwalkover, CW RO, etc.
leap
full turn
dismount (front tuck, Backtuck, Ariel)

You don't NEED to have giants for 7, though it seems that most girls do. You can have a sole circle or even, I believe, two freehips (low and high bar).

You also don't need handstands on bars or a forward pass on beam but you do need a connection. do a Google search for USAG level 7 requirement chart. There is a basic chart for 7-10 . Better yet, ask your coach because most gyms have their own requirements

Do ask your coach, as many gyms require more than the minimum.
Bars:
1 Cast to 45 degrees from vertical. (However, all casts that do not meet vertical receive a deduction.
You need 2 B skills-
Free Circling skills- Giants and/or Clear Hips above horizontal

BEAM- You need a series and a flight element (flight element can be separate or in series) So, BWO-BWO with separate BHS or a BWO-BHS (although some may do RO, Front Walkover, etc)
Split leap and/or split jump that reaches 180.
You need 2 B Skills
