I figure that most gyms offer 12 hours a week, for level four. My question concerns the amount of actual time per event. Reason being in the past I have had fairly small level four groups. Four hours a night, and three nights a week. I felt like I could get a lot done in 30 minutes per event. This was by myself, as there was no need for two coaches. I had time for corrections, shaping and varied conditioning as well. This upcoming year it looks like I will have a lot more kids. I will also possibly have between 1-2 extra coaches besides myself. My thinking is that I will not have enough time, per event, to get much done. At level four I am attempting to provide the foundation for 5-7 skills. Super basics, which I consider essential. I think four is a lot of work. Id be curious as to how much time you'll get on the events at that level. Do you try to hit all four in a night? These kids will be in four days a week, for 3 hours each night.

One thing that my coaches did when I was a gymnast at a gym with large groups was to have conditioning stations at every event that we did between turns. That way the was no standing around waiting and we did not need to set aside other time for conditioning.
