For normal meets, yes, and perhaps even one of the two days. But many gyms might only have one or two elites (obviously some have small armies but many...) so for those gyms, they can get special one-off leos for their elites, especially for Classics/Nationals. And if only one or two gymnasts are wearing them, it would be nice for the gymnasts to have some say in what they select. Obviously, with a team of 100, the coaches pick because, as evidenced by this thread, tastes vary drastically so no one would ever agree.Curious, wouldn't it be more common to just wear the gyms competition Leo? Is that just day 1?
I know some gyms in the USA have different competition leotards for certain groups anyway - compulsories vs optionals vs Xcel, L10s vs lower levels, graduating seniors vs everyone else.
