My backhandsping

I'm... well... sort of a level 4... but my backhandsping needs a major spot... i do it PERFECT OVER THE BLOCK... but flat out on the floor... i need a spotter on both sides because i move to the right... is it all in my head??
Also... some major conditioning for bars would help... something besides situps ans pushups???

yes, it would be mental also it could be because when you swing you lead with your right arm more than your left!! you need to lead with both evenly!! :)
for bars it really depends if you need help on your upper body strength or ab strength for upper body: skin the cats, pullups, just hanging for a while, peek a boo's, handstand holds, press handstands(if you can)!

ab strength: plank hold, straddle in and outs( hang from bar with legs in straddle and scizzor kick in and out), leg lifts, l-sit holds as well as tuck, v-ups, body rocks, dish hold, superman hold, leg bounces!

these are all on bars and floor :)

it probably is mental so you need to make something encourage you to go straight.

What i see little kids doing for their cartwheels is having a box either side so what if you had a big box (the softer types with like foam but kinda soft foam so you can fall but not hurt yourself but are still hard if you know what i mean???) and 1 coach spots you from the other side so that you feel you need to go straight and if you weened off the coaches spot and you had two boxes either side to help you go straight.

Not sure if this would work though, maybe try on the line and slowly ween off each spot

im not really sure if this would work but just a suggestion
