I like to write my own stories about gymnastics/hanging upside down! I LOVE hanging by my knees upside down from bars or doing handstands and I write my own stories which I'll post one at a time below! Hanging upside down may seem like a weird hobby! But hanging upside down makes me super happy and I LOVE how hanging upside down feels! Some of my stories such as my Princess Lucy series is based on true events from my childhood in a fantasy setting! FIRST DAY UPSIDE DOWN!

Once upon a time in the year 1993 Princess Lucy was age 8 and she was a daughter to Megan the witch! Princess Lucy was in elementary school and it was winter so her teacher Miss Jones said "today children we will do physical education inside instead of outside and we will be doing gymnastics" so when it was time for gymnastics the children all removed their shoes and socks and went in their bare feet and then they were asked to put gym mats on the floor and then Miss Jones said "I want you to do a handstand which is a simple" and she did a handstand and then all the kids had a go for the next 45 minutes trying to do handstands! During the class Miss Jones said "kids you must not try to grab each others legs, there is a way to help which I'll teach you all next week" which made Princess Lucy nervous because she wondered what it would feel like to be held upside down stuck in a handstand as she wondered how she would get back down if a friend was holding her legs? She had butterflies in her tummy just thinking about it and she asked Miss Jones "will we learn how to do partner handstands next week" and Miss Jones said "yes sweetie we will" and so Princess Lucy was quite scared for a whole week! The next week the classroom went to the gym hall and removed their shoes and socks! Then Miss Jones called each child up and asked them to sit in a circle around her and she lovingly said "can I have Princess Lucy please?" so Princess Lucy stood barefoot next to Miss Jones and Miss Jones lovingly said "please do a nice handstand" so Princess Lucy about to cry because she was scared did a handstand and Miss Jones grabbed both of her legs leaving her stuck helpless in a handstand! Lucy yelped "hey" as she was lifted into her handstand and her tummy tickled sharply with a rush of butterflies and Princess Lucy saw her school friends from an upside down angle which looked like they were sat barefoot on the ceiling in a circle around her! Princess Lucy had to do no work at all to maintain this handstand because Miss Jones was holding her legs and Miss Jones said "see we got a nice tall inverted handstand and Princess Lucy has her toes pointed and she cannot fall because I am holding her so she can concentrate on balance and form" Princess Lucy had a VERY ticklish feeling in her tummy from being nervous all week to now being held upside down in a handstand and her tummy was in a ticklish knot full of butterflies! Princess Lucy said in a scared voice "Miss I'm upside down" to which Miss Jones responded "that is right sweetie your upside down which is important in gymnastics" and then Princess Lucy looked at her hands for a couple of seconds and then she looked back at the inverted view and she started to think "hey this is fun" and Miss Jones gently said "you alright sweetie?" and Princess Lucy said "I think so" and Miss Jones said lovingly "it's alright, I got you" and then Miss Jones said "so children when you hold your partner in a handstand make sure not to let go causing them to fall and topple over, hold them at their legs and work in teams of two, you have complete control over your partner in their handstand this way so that your partner can just work on shape without worry of balance and you can even lift your partner up" and suddenly Miss Jones lifted Princess Lucy up high in the air hanging her upside down by her legs for around five seconds and EVERY child sat around her burst out laughing their heads off! They laughed and giggled and laughed and laughed some more so Princess Lucy held upside down suddenly got a VERY rosy red blushing face and the butterflies in her tummy was tickling soooo much that even a super scary roller coaster drop wouldn't top the ticklish feeling she had currently in her tummy at that moment! Miss Jones put Princess Lucy back into a handstand still holding her legs and she then said "I got her safe so if I suddenly let go Princess Lucy will loose control and start to topple over like this" and she suddenly let go and Princess Lucy was in a handstand and about to flip over to her side and she yelped in fear from the burst of butterflies in her tummy and the fear of about to topple over "hey" and Miss Jones quickly grabbed Princess Lucy's legs just in time within less than four seconds keeping her in a handstand even longer and she said "see, this is why it is important to trust your partner not to let go of you so all of you choose a partner and practice partner handstands in teams of two and have fun" and then Miss Jones put Princess Lucy back down! The butterflies in Princess Lucy's tummy and the dizziness from being in a handstand for over two minutes got her immediately thinking "lets do that again" and then Princess Lucy worked with her best friend Amy to do some more partner handstands! After school Princess Lucy said to her mom who is a witch "mommy why when my teacher helped me to do a handstand was my tummy tickling so much, it felt like the pirate ship rides at the carnival only even more scary cause I could feel it more?" and Megan the witch (Princess Lucy's mom) said "maybe because you are too skinny, your stomach is more sensative because your so thin" so Princess Lucy asked "so mommy are gymnasts who are thin and skinny always having ticklish tummies compared to bigger gymnasts when they do flips and go upside down? Is roller coasters and gymnastics more frightning for skinny people?" and Megan the witch gave Princess Lucy a gentle kiss and she said "I think you got it sweetie" Princess Lucy then wanted to recapture that feeling of contant butterflies in her tummy while she sees EVERYTHING upside down so her mom took her to the playground and Megan the witch taught her 8 year old daughter Princess Lucy how to hang upside down by her knees from the monkey bars and from that day on Princess Lucy was a fan of hanging upside down and a huge fan of gymnastics for the rest of her whole life!

FIRST TIME ON THE MONKEY BARS!

Once upon a time it was after school on the day that Princess Lucy first got her love of being upside down doing partner handstands in school! Megan the witch explained to her daughter Princess Lucy that the reason why her tummy tickled was because she is skinny! Princess Lucy said to her mom "mom, when Miss Jones held my legs in a handstand my stomach tickled soooo much but this may sound weird, but it felt kind of fun" and Megan the witch said "like a roller coaster?" and Princess Lucy nodded and she said "yeah, mom I wanna be upside down again, it was soooo fun, please mom could you teach me how to hang upside down from monkey bars" and Megan the witch then gently said "okay sweetie, lets go to the park" On the way out of the house Princess Lucy took off her shoes and socks and she said "mom from this day forward I am a gymnast so I stay barefoot now" Which made Megan the witch smile! They flew to the playground on a broomstick with Princess Lucy holding onto her mothers back! When they arrived Princess Lucy pulled her shorts down to her hips and she lifted her right foot up to look at the soles of her barefoot and then she jumped up onto the monkey bars and she lifted her legs up and she wrapped her knees over the monkey bars hooking her bare feet to a second bar and she let go so she was hanging upside down from her knees for the first time! Princess Lucy saw the whole playground from an inverted perspective and she dangled her arms below her head like a little monkey and she said "mom I love it, my tummy tickles and everything has flipped which looks magical, I want to feel this way whenever I hang upside down or do gymnastics, any sensory spells related to gymnastics?" Megan the witch saw her daughter dangling upside down from the monkey bars looking sooo happy and scared at the same time! Megan the witch took out her magic wand and she said "so you want to feel this way whenever you are upside down forever do you? Okay, I will send an army of gymnastic butterflies to live inside your tummy with this single spell" to which Princess Lucy panicked "wait mom I'm scared" But Megan the witch tapped Princess Lucy's exposed bare tummy with her magic wand and a firework rainbow sparkle of marching flying butterflies entered Princess Lucy's tummy and a small cage entered her tummy soon after almost like her tummy was able to absorb spells which is exactly what happened thanks to this spell! "now sweetheart you now have a small cage inside your belly filled with living breathing butterflies and the only way the cage opens is whenever you do gymnastics or are hanging upside down so whenever you do gymnastics or hang upside down those butterflies will escape their cage and fly around your tummy and when you flip right side up the small vaccum inside the cage will suck the butterflies back inside and lock the cage shut, now you are a real gymnast witch with a butterfly farm inside your tummy to REALLY get you feeling the gymnastics" And Princess Lucy hung her arms below her head and she yelped "my tummy tickles sooooo much, mommy listen I LOVE gymnastics" and Megan the witch gave her daughter her first upside down mothery kiss! Princess Lucy with her arms dangling below her could feel the butterflies flying around inside her tummy and these were real magic butterflies designed to make gymnasts feel the gymnastics sensations even more and Princess Lucy then flipped back to her feet and she gave her mom a big hug and then they flew back home on Megan the witch's flying broomstick and from that day on Princess Lucy hung upside down every single day to give those butterflies inside her tummy freedom to fly around in her stomach which made gymnastics and being upside down always feel like a thrill seeking scary roller coaster drop!

PRINCESS LUCY AND THE TEST OF MAGICAL GYMNASTIC WISDOM!

Once upon a time a week after Princess Lucy at age 8 first fell in love with being upside down and was given a butterfly farm to live inside her Princess Lucy was put into a gymnastics club! Within a year Princess Lucy could hold a handstand for 30 seconds and do giants on the bars and she could do handstand pirouettes on the bars too along with handstand walking on the floor and she loved doing cartwheels! However in the year 1995 when Princess Lucy was age 10 she needed to pass a test! Her family was witches and her mom was the queen of an extended witch family! Princess Lucy had to pass a series of questions related to being a witch! While she was allowed to be a gymnast she had to one day be queen of the family! Megan the witch though decided to give her questions that only witches who are gymnasts are given! In the car Megan the witch drove to the dark enchanted forest! Princess Lucy age 10 barefoot left the car and she was told she would be tested on her loyalty as the daughter of a witch-queen! However Megan the witch suddenly said when they arrived at the enchanted forest "sweetheart what I have not told you is most witches recieve these questions while floating on a chosen broomstick above a giant cauldron of magic soup, however sweetie because you are my little gorgeous gymnast you will be hung upside down above the giant cauldron of magic soup, now I hope you studied hard because this test is traditional in witch familes and if you fail you will be transformed into a frog forever and nothing I can do about it, understand?" Princess Lucy nodded her head and she got very excited so excited in fact that a single butterfly escaped from the cage located inside her stomach but only for a couple of seconds! Megan the Witch took Princess Lucy by the hand and walked her into the enchanted forest full of butterflies, unicorns, Christmas elves, bats and small flying fairies! Suddenly Princess Lucy saw her grandparents all with their wands and broomsticks and her cousins all with their wands and broomsticks and she saw a giant bubbling cauldron filled with green slimy magic liquid called magic soup that transforms those who fail the test into frogs! In most cases the broomstick would snap in two and the witch would fall into the magic soup and became a frog if they failed the test but Princess Lucy was a gymnast so some modifications were in order! Instead of a broomstick that snaps if she failed the test Princess Lucy would be hung upside down by her ankles from a monkey trap and a small lever would lower her closer to the magic soup whenever she got a question wrong! Megan the witch said "alright Princess Lucy step into the monkey trap rope on the ground next to the tree" to which Princess Lucy did making the monkey trap pull her high into the air dangling her completely upside down by her ankles with Princess Lucy yelping "hey, this is REALLY scary" as she felt the butterflies in her tummy tickling her like crazy and then the tree branch holding the monkey trap spun to potition Princess Lucy directly above the magic soup that would turn her into a frog if she failed the test! Her mom Megan the witch took hold of the lever and she said "this lever will lower you towards that magic soup, daughter or not I will turn you into a frog if you fail the test so lets begin" Princess Lucy dangled her arms below her head as she was swinging upside down like clothes on a clothesline on a windy day! Megan the witch asked "okay you get three questions, question number one a gymnast witch finds she must go upside down to release which animal from the cage in her stomach?" Princess Lucy yelped because she was swinging upside down like a rag doll on a windy day "butterflies, the answer is butterflies" to which Megan the witch replied "correct, now question number two, witches who are gymnasts remain barefoot even when on which location?" to which Princess Lucy responded "the moon" so Megan the witch pulled the lever and Princess Lucy in dreaded fear yelped "HEY, SsssssSCARY" as she was lowered closer towards the magic soup and Megan the witch said "wrong answer, I don't want to turn you to a frog but I will, it is tradition, now answer correctly which location are gymnast witches to remain barefoot?" to which Princess Lucy cried while hanging upside down by her ankles above hot magic frog transforming soup "mom I'm scared, I'm scared, mommy please, I don't wanna be a frog" to which Megan the witch said "it is tradition sweetie so answer correctly" so Princess Lucy said while dangling upside down "the enchanted forest" and Megan the witch lovingly said "correct, last and final question, witches are one big loving family so gymnast witches are one big loving family, now what word comes between loving and family in both cases?" Princess Lucy immediately knew the answer so she said while hung upside down by her ankles above a cauldron of magic soup "for normal witches it is one big loving wicked family and for gymnast witches it is one big loving upside down family" and Megan the witch lovingly said "correct" so Megan the witch used her magic wand to cast a spell to untie the monkey trap rope from around Princess Lucy's ankles and gently float Princess Lucy towards the grassy floor which she fell on her feet and got a big hug and her whole family clapped proudly and Megan the witch said while hugging Princess Lucy "I didn't tell you this sweetie but I changed the rules so if you failed you would of only been a frog for a week not forever but I didn't tell you so you"d feel those butterflies even more because you feel them more when gymnastics is scary" and Princess Lucy got a gentle kiss from her mom Megan the witch and Princess Lucy said "thank you mom" and Megan the witch lovingly "congratulations you are a true gymnast witch now" and the family celebrated in the enchanted forest with gymnastics and cake and gymnastics and ice cream and gymnastics and hugs and gymnastics and kisses and gymnastics and a game of hide and seek and gymnastics and a game of tag and gymnastics and a game of skipping rope and gymnastics and some broomstick flying and gymnastics and some magical firework spells and gymnastics and some face painting and gymnastics and some happy jolly pop music and gymnastics and some silly fun dancing and gymnastics and nonstop family love!

PRINCESS LUCY'S UPSIDE DOWN FRIENDSHIP POEM!

Once upon a time Princess Lucy now age 10 in the year 1995 had a best friend in gymnastics named Amy! Princess Lucy loved hanging upside down! Amy occasionally hung upside down next to Princess Lucy where they would play hand clapping games together! One day Miss Jones asked the children in the elementary school to write a short poem or story and read it out in front of the class but of course Princess Lucy asked if she could read her poem outside hanging upside down on the monkey bars and she told Miss Jones this poem would be a gift for her best friend Amy! So the day finally arrived and all the kids presented either a short story or a poem to read in front of the classroom that they wrote and Amy actually wrote a short story about visiting the zoo with Princess Lucy which actually happened a month prior and so when it came time for Princess Lucy, Miss Jones said "come on children we need to go outside to the monkey bars because our little gymnast is gonna read her poem upside down" and so the kids all went outside and Princess Lucy in her bare feet with her light blue shorts at her hips wearing a light blue t-shirt hung upside down by her knees from the monkey bars and she dangled her arms below her head as Miss Jones passed her the poem she wrote and Princess Lucy said "this poem is for my best friend in and outside of gymnastics and in and outside of school my forever friend Amy -

TO MY BEST FRIEND IN GYMNASTICS AMY!
While I am hanging upside down!
Dangling so high from the ground!
Talking to you while I hang upside down!
I feel safe from of this right side up town!
The blood rushing to my head!
Because of that my face turns red!
Which makes me feel warm and fuzzy!
And all so ever cosy!
With the butterflies escaping their cage!
Which in turn tickles my tummy!
The butterflies swim around inside my belly!
Oh so lovely as the feeling tickles my tummy!
And it feels oh slightly scary!
But chatting to you while I'm hung upside down!
This gymnast has absolutely no worry!
I look around at this topsy turvy view!
Like nothing but magic, I look at you!
My world all flipped anew!
Your standing on a flipped flopped earth!
Inverted and silly we chat the most!
On the monkey bars of course!
The sun shining on my toes!
I'm upside down of course!
Gymnastics bars is my safe place!
Our monkey bar chats are my comfort place!
On the bars I hang upside down without worry!
Dangling my arms below my head like a monkey!
Seeing this whole world flipped around!
Ticklish tummy because I'm secretly a monkey!
But you are my best friend everyday!
I want to flip you the wrong way!
You make me happy to have you as a friend!
Monkey bar chatting together is our trend!
We chat and talk while I dangle by my knees!
Our conversations are fun indeed!
I'm upside down chatting to you!
Your right way up chatting to me!
Butterflies in my tummy you talk to me!
I'm hanging upside down next to you so free!
In gymnastics class you hold my legs!
In a handstand our friendship never ends!
So lets be gymnast girls always together!
And let us remain best friends forever!

And to finish Princess Lucy dangled her arms below her head and she waved to Amy and Amy with tears in her eyes gave Princess Lucy a big hug while Princess Lucy was still hanging upside down! The other kids clapped and Miss Jones congratulated all the kids who took part and then the bell rung for recess so for the next 15 minutes of Recess Princess Lucy stayed hanging upside down on the monkey bars talking to her best friend Amy about all kinds of things and she of course was feeling those warm and fuzzy butterflies in her tummy while talking to her best friend! Princess Lucy stayed hanging upside down for the entire duration of recess without getting down once from her dangling by her knees potition on the monkey bars which we all know that Princess Lucy is most happy when she is hanging upside down which goes to show Princess Lucy is a true gymnast girl however she has a big heart too whichever way her body is flipped! Princess Lucy and Amy would always remain best friends their whole lives and they always had lots of in depth conversations during recess or at the park while Princess Lucy was hanging upside down!

A bit of background before writing this next story in my Princess Lucy universe! Miss Rachel was an English teacher I had for one year in middle school when I was 14 years old! She became my favourite teacher ever because she would randomly say "I'll turn you upside down" or "I think you should do your homework upside down" or "this strong man will lift you upside down by your ankles and empty your pockets" and if I asked would she really turn me upside down she would nod her head and smile and tickle me gently! She never mentioned gymnastics and nobody told her how much I loved hanging upside down though she may have saw me hanging upside down on the monkey bars in the small park outside the school!

Her playful upside down teasing made me love her dearly and I would get extremely hyper all day after English class so in my Princess Lucy series Miss Rachel is not only my English teacher but my gymnastics coach as well as I always wanted a gymnastics coach who talks like she did which I like to call upside down teasing or gymnast teasing but I doubt any real life gymnastics coach talks like that but Miss Rachel was the closest but she taught English not gymnastics but I loved her lots because of her gymnast/upside down teasing and this is an alternate version of her in my Princess Lucy universe where she is a gymnastics coach as well as an English teacher!

MEETING MISS RACHEL!

Once upon a time Princess Lucy was going to start middle school on her first day at age 11 in the year 1996! Princess Lucy was going to middle school and high school over the next few years which were connected in one big school! Princess Lucy was of course nervous about her first day! Princess Lucy went to school everyday in her bare feet and she usually had her tummy showing! Not only that but her dear mom was a witch named Megan! At middle school Princess Lucy began the day by searching the yard for any sign of something to hang upside down from! She found a set of monkey bars above a sandy area so Princess Lucy sighed in relief that she can still hang upside down! Her best friend Amy snuck behind her saying "gotcha" to which Princess Lucy replied "hey look, monkey bars are here, I'm saved" to which Amy replied "I'm glad you have your monkey bars so we can have our daily chats" to which Princess Lucy said "I hope the teachers are nice" to which Amy replied "I'm sure they will be" and then the bell went and they went to class! A few kids remarked at Princess Lucy's bare feet and the fact she is a princess of a family of witches! One kid said "be careful, you make her mad, she'll turn you into a frog" to which Princess Lucy said "no I won't, I promise I'm not like that" and then the principal sent each kid to their classroom and then Princess Lucy met the teacher of her dreams! They had English and Miss Rachel came in the classroom and she closed the door! She had bare feet in sandals with jeans and a blue t-shirt and Miss Rachel said "Hi kids, my name is Miss Rachel and I teach English, please introduce yourself one at a time" her voice was very loving and playful and every child introduced themselves with Amy saying "I'm Amy, I am into drawing and I do gymnastics and I am best friends with Princess Lucy, my mom works in a store and I love going shopping sometimes too" and Princess Lucy said "hi everyone, I am Princess Lucy the daughter of Megan the witch who is queen of our witch tribe, I love gymnastics with all my heart and Amy is my best friend, I hope we can all be great friends" to which Miss Rachel clapped proudly! A boy remarked "how does a girl that small fly on a broomstick" to which Miss Rachel said in a playful loud voice "UPSIDE DOWN" which instantly made Princess Lucy's heart skip a beat and then her heart started to race and a few butterflies escaped their cage in her tummy! Princess Lucy about a minute later asked "Miss Rachel being a gymnast I can do tricks on my broom" to which Miss Rachel said in a playful voice "I think you should fly on your broomstick UPSIDE DOWN" which made Princess Lucy almost gasp in excitement and her heart was racing thinking 'does she know I love hanging upside down, I never told her except that I did tell her I do gymnastics, this teacher is awesome, I need to ask her something' so Princess Lucy asked all afraid and happy "how do I turn upside down? " to which Miss Rachel responded "get one of your gymnastics coaches to hold you upside down by your ankles and empty your pockets" so with Princess Lucy's heart beating louder and louder filled with adrenaline she asked "is being upside down fun?" to which Miss Rachel replied "depends who you ask, I think it's fun" and Princess Lucy said "I really like you" and Miss Rachel replied "I like you too, your a cutie aren't you?" and Princess Lucy responded in a scared but excited voice "Miss Rachel will you ever turn me upside down?" to which Miss Rachel playfully nodded her head smiling and she said "of course, make sure you study hard or you'll be hanging by your legs from that ceiling, believe me I'LL TURN YOU UPSIDE DOWN" and Miss Rachel gently tickled Princess Lucy's tummy and Princess Lucy was super hyper and I mean REALLY REALLY REALLY hyper for the rest of the school day! Princess Lucy even got scolded at History class for being too excited! At lunch time Princess Lucy struggled to eat her food because of how hyper Miss Rachel made her feel so she hung upside down on the monkey bars outside in the school yard while chatting to Amy! After school in gymnastics class Princess Lucy had a huge surprise! Miss Rachel was actually there and Princess Lucy couldn't believe she was actually in gymnastics! Miss Rachel now in bare feet walked up to Princess Lucy and she playfully said "hi cutie, I am not only an English teacher but a qualified gymnastics coach and this is my new gym, I work here now so you are going to be spending a lot of time UPSIDE DOWN here in gymnastics! Ready to go to the bars so I can flip your entire world upside down? To the bars then you little cute gymnast" and Princess Lucy took Miss Rachel's hand and they went over to the gymnastics bars to have lots of inverted fun and true to Miss Rachel's word Princess Lucy would be spending a lot of time upside down in gymnastics with Miss Rachel especially on the bars!

PRINCESS LUCY VS. THE SOCK KING!

Once upon a time Princess Lucy now 12 years old in the year 1997 was in the kitchen eating her breakfast on an easter Saturday! Princess Lucy was eating a bowl of cereal with milk! Her mom who is a witch named Megan said "Princess Lucy dear, I have a challenge for you?" to which Princess Lucy replied "oh, really, okay then what is this challenge?" to which her mom Megan the witch said "you may be a gymnast, but you are also my daughter and I am a witch, witches use magic and fight with magic, therefore you must learn to defend yourself not with physical strength but with magical strength, you'll need your magic wand and to go to this location on this map to fight a battle I made just for you" and her mom Megan the witch gave Princess Lucy a map! Princess Lucy said in a worried voice "mom I can't fight, I'm no fighter, I'm a gymnast, dangle me upside down instead, pretty please?" To which her mom said "you may be a gymnast but you are a witch too, right? So trust me you can win this, leave soon and be back by 5-O-clock" to which Princess Lucy took the map and she said "okay mom, I'm done with my breakfast, I'll leave now, who will I be fighting?" to which her mom replied while giving her daughter a kiss afterwards "a special challenge just for you, go on now, I believe in you" and Princess Lucy left the house in her bare feet following the map carefully on her journey! Princess Lucy on the way came to a long broken rope bridge with a cave she needed to get to on the other side! Princess Lucy saw that she needed to cross this broken rope bridge but it was snapped in half! Princess Lucy did not take her flying broomstick so she took out her magic wand and she cast a spell to fix the broken rope bridge but unfortunately after around 6 seconds the fixed rope bridge broke again! "how come my mom's magic is so much more advance than mine, I need to cross this bridge to get into that cave? I need to think" Princess Lucy then saw a tree and she thought she may be a little better at using magic while she's hung upside down! "I'm a genius" she remarked gladly! So Princess Lucy hung upside down by her knees from the tree branch and she fixed the broken rope bridge again with a spell from her magic wand, however this time the fixed rope bridge did not break! Princess Lucy while hanging upside down with both her arms dangling below her said "oh yeah, a gymnast is WAY more skilled at magic when she's upside down" and Princess Lucy back flipped to her feet and she crossed the fixed rope bridge and she entered the cave when suddenly she saw two socks with eyes and a mouth and a star on them! The male sock said in a deep voice "welcome my little gymnast, I am the King of Socks, the lord master of all socks, and this is my wife The Sock Queen" to which The Sock Queen said rushing over towards Princess Lucy "come give me a kiss honey sugar?" Princess Lucy foward rolled to dodge the kiss from The Sock Queen and Princess Lucy said "eww, gross, talking socks, get away from me, I hate socks" to which The Sock Queen said "darling when I am done with you, those bare feet will be soaked in my tears and kisses" to which Princess Lucy cried "GROSS, I WANNA LEAVE" to which The Sock King said "your mom gave us life with her magic wand, witches can use magic to give life to objects or didn't you know that? Nice feet by the way, I want those toes of yours for my date with my wife" to which Princess Lucy cried "I HATE SOCKS, I HATE SOCKS, I HATE YOU BOTH, GO AWAY" to which replied The Sock Queen "your little feet just need some of our socky love a-dub-dub" to which Princess Lucy yelled "YOU'RE SOOOOOO GROSS, GO AWAY" and Princess Lucy stood up and tried to run away but The Sock King cast a spell to summon a giant rock to close the cave! "no can do, my little sockless gymnast, you are gonna fight me, if you win you can remain barefoot forever and ever and I'll retire to Sweden with my wife, but if we win our little battle your feet are ours, OURS" Princess Lucy said "please go easy on me" to which The Sock Queen replied "no can do, my husband is gonna defeat you so your little toes can be enbraced by my love forever, your little bare feet will never be bare again when I smother them with my love" Princess Lucy cried "GROSS, GROSS, GROSS, GROSS" and then The Sock King said "come on now, stand up, we need to fight, one on one, my wife is dying to feel the love of your toes, SO LETS BATTLE TO THE DEATH OF BARE FEET AND THE BIRTH OF FEET IN SOCKS" Princess Lucy stood up and she took out her magic wand and they both got ready to fight and The Sock Queen said "ready, set, FIGHT" and Princess Lucy quickly shot a spell of lightning out of her magic wand but The Sock King dodged safely by doing a side flip! The Sock King shot a spell of fire but Princess Lucy dodged safely by doing a back handspring! Princess Lucy and The Sock King then engaged by both shooting a spell of magical light that connected to each other causing an explosing of fireworks! The Sock Queen said "oh dear, your mom tells me you just LOVE MAYONNAISE" to which Princess Lucy snapped "no I don't, it is my worse food" to which The Sock Queen replied "awww, your just saying that, I'll tell you what, after you lost this fight I'll pour a jar of mayonnaise into my body and wear myself on your bare feet and give you some much needed mayo kisses all day long" to which Princess Lucy shouted "GROSS, YOUR SOOOOOOOO GROSS" and Princess Lucy summoned a bolt of lightning with her magic wand which struck The Sock King causing him to fall over and The Sock Queen said "MY DARLING, 1. 2. 3, The winner is Princess Lucy, your bare feet can stay bare forever, now dear you won, me and my husband are gonna retire to Sweden" and The Sock King stood up and he said "you won, well done, I'm gonna go to Sweden with my wife, keep your little toes bare, you deserve it, you are a strong witch" Princess Lucy said "thank you and I hope you both have a nice time, just stay away from my bare feet okay? then I may even like you, just a little bit" and they said their goodbyes and Princess Lucy then removed the giant rock with a spell from her magic wand and she walked back home doing cartwheels and walking on her hands in a handstand along the way home! As a reward for passing the test and defeating The Sock King Princess Lucy was given a massive Chocolate Easter Egg one day early that she eaten while hanging upside down from the monkey bars in her garden! Princess Lucy hung upside down from her own set of monkey bars eating a chocolate Easter egg as happy as can be! This was a day Princess Lucy would never forget and thankfully she now could be in her bare feet forever without anymore worry as The Sock King and The Sock Queen had snuck on a plane in the New Jersey airport hiding inside someones suitcase to go to Sweden to live happily in retirement and if you happen to live in Sweden then these two talking socks could live in a place near you!

PRINCESS LUCY'S UPSIDE DOWN HAIRCUT!

Once upon a time in the year 1999 Princess Lucy age 14 was going to gymnastics for a private lesson with Miss Rachel! She cartwheeled and skipped into the changing rooms in her bare feet to change into her gymnastics outfit! Miss Rachel greated her at the gym door lovingly saying "are you feeling all fantastic for gymnastics?" and Princess Lucy nodded and said "yeah I am so excited" and Miss Rachel responded with "I bet you are excited you little cutie, are you ready to go upside down? I'LL TURN YOU UPSIDE DOWN" Princess Lucy responded with "really?" with a slight look of gentle fear and excitement and Miss Rachel responded by nodding her head and smiling! "Do a handstand" said Miss Rachel in a very enthusiastic voice so Princess Lucy did a straight handstand with pointed toes and Miss Rachel grabbed Princess Lucy's legs! Princess Lucy was stuck in a partner handstand being spotted by Miss Rachel! Miss Rachel lovingly said "tuck your head in sweetie, I wanna see those toes touch the stars in the sky, I got you, now roll" and Princess Lucy did a roll out of her handstand! Miss rachel then playfully tapped Princess Lucy on her nose and she playfully said "now it is time for some flips, this is gonna be REALLY scary you gorgeous gymnast girl" and then Miss Rachel lovingly took Princess Lucy by her hand and walked to a springboard above a foam pit and she lovingly said "I want you to do a triple front flip somersalt into that foam pit" So Princess Lucy jumped onto the springboard but unknown to her Miss Rachel had a remote control button in her pocket that makes the springboard bounce higher than usual and as Princess Lucy jumped Miss Rachel pressed the button and the springboard tossed her extremely high in the air over 35 feet high and Princess Lucy yelped and she did three somersalting front flips while feeling a strong sensation of butterflies in her tummy just like a roller coaster drop! Princess Lucy landed in the foam pit and Miss Rachel said all excited "was that fun? Bet you wasn't expecting that" Princess Lucy said "feel my heart, that was sooooooooo scary, can we do that again?" Miss Rachel lovingly said "you wanna do it again?" Princess Lucy nodded all scared and excited and Miss Rachel lovingly said while stroking Princess Lucy's hair gently "your a brave frightened gymnast aren't you?" Princess Lucy then jumped onto the springboard again only for Miss Rachel to push the button again and Princess Lucy yelped as she was tossed 38 feet into the air and she did five backflips and a twist in the air! "woooo-hoooo, I bet you had some serious butterflies right then didn't you sweetie? however your mommy told me to give you a nice haircut, BAR TIME" so Miss Rachel took Princess Lucy gently by her hand and she walked her over to the gymnastics bar and Miss Rachel lovingly said "now I want you sweetie to hang totally upside down by your knees while I get the scissors and water spray" so Princess Lucy hooked both of her bare knees on the gymnastics bar and she let go of her hands so she was hanging upside down and Princess Lucy dangled her arms below her head and Miss Rachel lovingly pinched Princess Lucy's nose and she lovingly said "your face is glowing all red, you gorgeous little tomato" and Miss Rachel gave Princess Lucy a gentle kiss on her cheek while Princess Lucy hung upside down unable to touch the ground even if she stretched her arms towards the floor cause she was hung upside down super high with her head reaching Miss Rachel's chest! Princess Lucy admired the hilarious inverted perspective of seeing the gym upside down and she covered her face laughing and Miss Rachel lovingly said "what are you laughing at? You special red faced little rosy gymnast" and Miss Rachel lovingly sprayed some water on Princess Lucy's dangling hair and her hair looked like a wet floor mop cause she was hanging upside down! Miss Rachel lovingly cut Princess Lucy's hair while she hung upside down! After a little hair trimming Princess Lucy still had long hair only slightly shorter! Miss Rachel then lovingly stroked Princess Lucy's hair while she hung upside down and Miss Rachel lovingly said "are your cute summertime bare feet feeling all cosy? Is your bare little tummy feeling all ticklish from those butterflies, are you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside? You gorgeous scared little gymnast" and Miss Rachel kissed Princess Lucy on her nose and Princess Lucy dangled her arms below her head as her t-shirt slightly exposed her bare tummy and Miss Rachel lovingly said "I can see your bare little tummy, can I tickle you good?" and Princess Lucy grabbed her t-shirt and she said all scared & happy "please don't tickle me, the butterflies in my tummy already tickle soooo much" and Miss Rachel lovingly said "Awww? but a ticklish tummy full of cosy little butterflies is proof you are a brave little gymnast girl" and Princess Lucy's let go of her t-shirt again and Miss Rachel tickled Princess Lucy's exposed tummy while she hung upside down and Princess Lucy yelped "please stop, it t.t...tickles" and Princess Lucy was one very happy little upside down gymnast giggling and laughing while she was hanging upside down and Miss Rachel lovingly pinched Princess Lucy's nose and she lovingly said "lets do some upside down reading" and Miss Rachel got a nice storybook to which Princess Lucy read out loud to Miss Rachel while she was hanging upside down! After over 20 minutes of hanging upside down while reading a storybook Princess Lucy penny dropped to her feet extremely happy and feeling dizzy with the butterflies in her tummy bursting for joy and after a long private lesson of some springboard flips, upside down haircut and upside down reading with gymnastics love Princess Lucy felt all warm and fuzzy and she gave Miss Rachel a big goodbye hug and she went back to the changing rooms to get changed out of her gymnastics outfit still in her bare feet and she went home with her mom who is a witch and Princess Lucy was all excited after her favourite English/Gymnastics teacher Miss Rachel turned her whole world upside down.... literally!

PRINCESS LUCY'S BAR PRACTICE!

Once upon a time Princess Lucy age 14 in the year 1999 had a private gymnastics lesson with Miss Rachel! Princess Lucy rushed into the gym after changing into her gymnastics outfit and she quickly rushed over and gave Miss Rachel a big hug! "oh, how are you? you ready for me to turn your whole wide world UPSIDE DOWN? you gorgeous gymnast girl" to which Princess Lucy replied "of course I'm ready to go upside down, how often do you think I should be upside down?" to which Miss Rachel playfully said "ALL THE TIME" which gave Princess Lucy a touch of butterflies in her tummy! Miss Rachel then took Princess Lucy by her hand and she said "come with me sweetie" and she walked Princess Lucy over towards the high bar above a foam pit! This high bar was REALLY high! Miss Rachel lovingly said "climb up, I'll stand on that board to spot you" and Princess Lucy climbed up onto the high bar and Miss Rachel lovingly said "do a handstand" and Princess Lucy did a handstand on the bar with Miss Rachel holding her for support! Princess Lucy could feel her tummy tickle because she was stuck in a handstand very high off the ground on a high bar and Miss Rachel lovingly said "that scary? Tuck your head in" and Princess Lucy tucked in her head and she saw the whole gym from an upside down perspective which tickled her tummy even more and Miss Rachel lovingly said "ready, set, GIANTS" and Princess Lucy spun around the bar 26 times keeping a tall handstand shape doing 26 spinning giants on the bar! Princess Lucy's tummy was in a ticklish knot and Miss Rachel said "26 giants in a row, well done, now do another handstand and you will walk in circles in a handstand on the bar doing some nice handstand pirouettes" so Princess Lucy did another handstand on the high bar with Miss Rachel holding her and she did 30 handstand pirouettes walking in circles in a handstand on the bar which took a while and then Princess Lucy backflipped into the foam pit and she immediately thought "lets do that again" and after doing 26 giants on the bars and 30 handstand pirouettes on the bars Princess Lucy hung upside down by her knees from that same high bar and she was given a storybook by Miss Rachel and she read a storybook while hanging upside down! Needless to say Princess Lucy loves gymnastics especially the bars! After 15 minutes of upside down reading Miss Rachel stood on the board to reach Princess Lucy and Miss Rachel gently tapped Princess Lucy's tummy gently saying "class is over sweetie, keep hanging upside down like the brave little gymnast girl you are, see you in English class tomorrow" and Princess Lucy back flipped into the foam pit almost dropping the storybook on her head to which Miss Rachel yelled "careful, watch your head, sweetie" and Princess Lucy smiled and she got out of the foam pit with her storybook and she said "I'm okay" to which Miss Rachel said playfully "you survived? NO WAY, how can I turn you upside down if you get crushed by storybooks? If that storybook tries to knock you on your head again we'll be having words, got it cutie?" and Princess Lucy was laughing and they gave each other a goodbye hug and Princess Lucy went home with her mom Megan the witch and she not only had some yummy delicious pizza to eat for tea but she also hung upside down on the monkey bars in her garden for some more upside down fun!

Princess Lucy + Amy shopping & gymnastics at Owl & Moon Town Part 1!

Once upon a time Princess Lucy now 14 years old was going to visit a magical hidden town that only witches can go to! Ordinary people who do not belong to wizard or witch familes cannot go to magical towns without permission from leaders of extended witch/wizard families! Every extended wizard/witch family will have a king or queen leader and Princess Lucy's mother Megan is the queen of Princess Lucy's family and Megan had granted permission for Princess Lucy's best friend Amy to go to this magic town as well! Princess Lucy begged her mom to allow Amy to go with her! Princess Lucy was wearing a thin Disney light blue Donald Duck t-shirt tied in a knot because she liked her tummy showing and she was wearing jean shorts at her hips with a belt with summertime bare feet with her toenails painted light blue! She also wore a jean coloured jacket to keep her arms warm with a button done in the middle to keep her jacket secure when she does her gymnastics! Amy knocked the door and Princess Lucy and her mom greeted her! Amy was wearing sandals with jeans and a black jacket with a hello kitty t-shirt! Megan the witch said "hello darling, we been waiting, now you two be careful and Lucy watch your friend while flying on your broom, I want you both back by 7 tonight, now be safe" and Princess Lucy gave her mom a goodbye kiss and she said! "Amy you don't need those sandals, summer and bare feet go together like marmalade on toast" to which Amy replied while kicking off her sandals "yeah, I gotta agree, lets see who can get the blackest soles at the end of the day" and Princess Lucy loved the sound of that so after a quick look at her sole of her left foot which was still only slightly dusty, she happily said "at 7 tonight we both show my mom the soles of our bare feet and whoever is the blackest gets a prize, it that okay mom, pretty please? to which her mom said "alright fine, I'll think of a prize for whoever gets the blackest soles, now both of you be good and be safe and Amy stay by Lucy because remember your not a witch unlike my daughter so I had a lot of paperwork to let you visit" and after a few more goodbye kisses and loving goodbyes they left for Owl & Moon town which was in New Jersey the state they both live in the USA! Amy was use to sitting on the passenger seat of Princess Lucy's flying broomstick but Princess Lucy is asked by her best friend Amy not to do any flying flips up in the sky because Amy is nervous she might fall which would be pretty scary! They flew as Amy sat behind Princess Lucy on her flying broomstick and they landed at the entrance to Owl & Moon town! At the entrance was a parking lot building to register for the keepers to mind broomsticks for the day if the witch or wizard did not fancy carrying their broomstick with them! Princess Lucy registered her broomstick for a 6:00-PM pickup! Princess Lucy showed the young wizard Amy's ticket and as Amy's needs a ticket because she is not a witch! Princess Lucy however doesn't need a ticket! They then marched off holding hands into Owl & Moon town! Inside Owl & Moon town they saw a big magic potion store, a big clothes store, a magic wand store, a broomstick store, a spellbook store, a magical pet store, a few smaller stores that sell a bit of everything and a massive toy store! First Amy jumped into a wet puddle and then Princess Lucy said "come on, lets go into the magic potion store first" to which they both run holding hands and inside the magic potion store Amy whispered while touching her lips with her index finger of her right hand "best not do any gymnastics in here in case we accidentally smash an expensive potion" and Princess Lucy replied with a nod of her head! Princess Lucy saw lots of bottles of magic potions! Princess Lucy decided to pick up three bottles of a magic potion called Butter-tummy soda! Butter-tummy soda makes your stomach tickle for a while so basically it is a magic potion that gives you butterflies in your stomach! Amy said "wow, you really like your stomach to get that butterfly feeling don't you?" to which Princess Lucy replied "yeah, I'm a gymnast after all so I like feeling those butterflies while I flip and roll, it is like I'm flying or I'm on a scariest part of a roller coaster" Amy also picked up three bottles of a magic potion that prevents car sickness for her cousin of course! After the two girls paid and had two bags to put their magic potions inside which were called Travel-Protection Juice and Butter-tummy Soda they went into the clothing store to do some clothes shopping! Princess Lucy + Amy shopping & gymnastics at Owl & Moon Town Part 2!

Once upon a time Princess Lucy and Amy was shopping for the day in Owl & Moon town in New Jersey and they had to arrive back home by 7-00-PM and they had both just arrived in the big clothing store! They had already made a deal with Princess Lucy's mom to get a prize for the blackest soles at the end of the day! Both of the girls were dressed dazzling smart but still barefoot of course! Inside the entrance of the clothing store was some super expensive jackets sprayed with magical perfume that attracts fairies so if you visit a location where fairies live they will smell and be attracted to the scent of those expensive jackets! Princess Lucy said "oh, I could never afford these, my mom says they spray the magic perfume to attract magical creatures easier and that is what makes these clothes expensive" Amy took a smell and then replied "they smell like a minty summery forest, do Fairies like the smell of mint and summer flowers?" to which Princess Lucy replied "yeah fairies love those smells" Princess Lucy then put her bag of potions on the floor and she did a cartwheel! Her cartwheel was super graceful! Amy said "nice cartwheel" Princess Lucy then said "we should buy some clothes and then change into them in the changing room and then do some gymnastics in our new clothes" Amy smiled and she said "okay, lets go clothes shopping" and they both spent a while picking out some lovely new clothes! Amy picked out a lovely sun-hat with a designer red jacket and a black vest with a photo of Tinker Bell from Peter Pan on the vest! She also picked some black leggings and a pair of bright orange t-shirts with a photo of a tiger on the front of the orange t-shirts! Meanwhile Princess Lucy picked out a green t-shirt with a photo of Goofy and another black t-shirt with a picture of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse kissing each other and she also picked some slightly longer jean shorts that reached just below her knees and a jean jacket with a button similar to what she is already wearing only with a photo of a cartoon witch flying on a broomstick on the back of the jean jacket! Both girls paid for their new clothes and changed in the changing room and then they both showed off their new clothes and then they walked to the front of the clothing store to each other! They both put their bags down on the floor and Amy said "I'll go first this time" and Amy did a handstand kicking both of her feet into the air standing on her hands and pointing her toes and she held her handstand for around three seconds before she finished with her hands held towards the ceiling after her handstand! Princess Lucy then did a cartwheel and a backhandspring and Amy then did another cartwheel! Princess Lucy said "try to walk on your hands" so Amy did another handstand and she walked three steps in her hands before coming back to her feet and Princess Lucy said "nice try" and Amy replied "now you walk on your hands" so Princess Lucy did another handstand and she walked on her hands for around thirty seconds doing a lap around a large table in the clothing store to which Amy said "WOW, your soooo good" to which Princess Lucy giggled covering the bottom half of her face with her left hand! Then they both continued doing handstands and cartwheels inside the clothing store before they decided to pick up their bags and go to get dinner at the Pizza takeaway! Princess Lucy + Amy shopping & gymnastics at Owl & Moon Town Part 3!

Once upon a time Princess Lucy and Amy was shopping for the day in Owl & Moon town in New Jersey and they had to arrive back home by 7-00-PM and they had both just ate some yummy pizza on a bench outside in the sun! They have already bought six bottles of magic potion and lots of new clothing which they already put on in the changing rooms of the clothing store! Any then asked "so is there anything else you'd like to buy?" to which Princess Lucy said "no, I'm done with shopping for the day, all this gal wants to do is gymnastics with her best friend in the world" to which Amy said "awww, your soooo sweet, thank you, I'll tell you what, why not drink that Butter-tummy soda and then when your stomach tickles lots with butterflies do a handstand and I'll hold your legs for a while?" Princess Lucy immediately smiled and then she drank the bottle of Butter-tummy soda and then her stomach around where her belly button is located immediately started to tickle in the way people feel when they are nervous about someone they love or at the moment of a thrilling scare like a roller coaster drop or how you may feel when swinging back and forth on a swing at the playground! Princess Lucy said "my tummy feels flip floppy, my stomach is doing somersalts yet I'm standing still, this feeling should only last an hour so I'll do a handstand and pretty please hold my legs so I can feel the gymnastics" to which Amy said "I'm not holding your legs for an hour, just five minutes" Princess Lucy smiled with slight tears in her eyes because she just drunk a magic potion that gives you butterflies in your stomach so her tummy was in a constant ticklish knot that was not gonna stop for an hour and needless to say doing gymnastics after drinking Butter-tummy soda would make most girls stomachs feel even more ticklish and sickly than the day they went on their first date and it was obviously worse for Princess Lucy because when she was 8 years old her mom cast a spell to trap magical butterflies in her tummy that escape from their cage whenever Princess Lucy does gymnastics so a combination of all those things made the thought of Princess Lucy doing gymnastics at that moment REALLY scary because her tummy would be REALLY REALLY REALLY feeling those butterflies! Princess Lucy gulped and bravely did a handstand and Amy took hold of her legs and instantly Princess Lucy's little tummy tickled like a roller coaster only so much worse almost like being trapped in a rocket falling at the speed of light to the ground before ones stomach catches up! Princess Lucy burst into tears while standing on her hands and she started to yelp "my t.t.tummy tickles too much, I'm gonna flip" and Princess Lucy did a front flip to her feet and she said while crying "this feels more ticklish than the scariest roller coasters, I cannot stay in a handstand or hang upside down in this state as it tickles soooooo much and it feels very very scary so I'm just gonna do some flips and somersalts so I'll only get that out of control insane tummy tickles for a second in mid-air" Amy giggled and said "I thought you were a gymnast? so even you have limits on how ticklish your tummy can handle while your flippidy scared" Princess Lucy said in temper while crying I'M NOT SCARED, but my tummy tickles worse than normal" to which Amy said "but isn't that the feeling you crave? you told me a gymnast feels most at home when she is scared and to be scared a gymnast has to only turn herself upside down because then the little butterflies living inside her tummy will give her nothing but warm compassionate love the moment the gymnast accepts her fate to live her life upside down a gymnast is blessed with warm and fuzzy love from the butterflies that live inside her, didn't you say that to me like every day? So you have to be scared to be happy so do a handstand and I'll grab your feet and you'll gonna feel those butterflies, GO GIRL" Princess Lucy did a cartwheel smiling and crying yelping "weeeeeeaaah" and then Princess Lucy did another handstand and Amy grabbed her feet and held her and Princess Lucy tucked her head in and she felt slightly sick from how much her little stomach tickled but she also felt really happy! Princess Lucy said really loud "your right gymnastics has to be scary especially when a GAL IS UPSIDE DOWN" and Amy responded while still holding Princess Lucy in a handstand "so the butterflies will give you lots of love, that is gymnastics friendship turning our lives upside down, right?" Amy let go and Princess Lucy kicked back to her feet and she quickly did a backhandspring which REALLY got the butterflies tickling again and Princess Lucy gave Amy an high five saying "right" and Amy said "woooo-hoooo, gymnastics is scary huh? That makes it much more fun, GO GIRL" then Princess Lucy walked on her hands in a handstand despite her little stomach full of extremely excited butterflies making her feel sickly, ticklish and scared beyond compare and after a couple more handstands and cartwheels from both girls they both went to collect Princess Lucy's broomstick as they both decided to fly back home while the Butter-tummy soda was still in affect despite going home early and they both flew home on Princess Lucy's broomstick which also made Princess Lucy feel those butterflies as they flew because she drank the Butter-tummy soda! At the door to Princess Lucy's home both girls greeted Princess Lucy's mom at the door! Megan the Witch said "you girls are back early, you have a nice day I hope?" to which both girls chatted about their day and by now the potion affects of the Butter-tummy soda had wore off but Princess Lucy had a little bit of a stomach ache from her tummy tickling like a roller coaster for so long! Princess Lucy and Amy both showed Megan the witch all they had bought and told her even more about their day of gymnastics, yummy pizza and shopping and as promised Megan the witch asked both girls to show her the bottoms of their bare feet to see which girl had the blackest soles! After Megan the witch looked carefully at the soles of both girls feet she said "you both have equal black soles, I think it is only fair to say you both won and as you both won you both have to both share the box of chocolates on the table over there! LEAVING A GYMNAST OUT TO DRY!

A mom had a big clothesline where she hung out her washing in the spring and summer! Her eight year old son Luke was a gymnast who loved doing handstands, cartwheels or hanging upside down on the bars! Luke was always hanging upside down on the bars or walking on his hands to get from place to place! One day luke decided to do a handstand in a puddle of water while outside in the garden with his mom but he toppled and accidentally somersalted into the water making his clothes wet! The mom took a look and realised his clothes need to dry and it was a warm sunny day because the rain was from yesterday! The mom told Luke to get changed and put pyjamas on so she can dry those wet clothes but Luke said he wants to hang upside down and practice his handstands and cartwheels instead! The mom looked at the washing line and she said "get changed or mommy will leave you out to dry as well with your clothes on" to which Luke said "what do you mean?" And the mom took Luke by the ankles and picked him up holding him upside down and she hooked both of his bare feet to two different hooks connected to the washing line and she hung Luke completely upside down by his ankles from the washing line literally making her son Luke a piece of clothing left to dry after a wash and Luke dangled his arms below his head and mommy said "change of plan you little monkey, keep your clothes on honey, mommy is gonna leave you out here to dry, the warm sun will dry you up in no time so just hang like a good little monkey and stay hanging upside down and once you are completely dry and only when your all dry will I let you come back down, you like hanging upside down so whenever I bath you in the summer mornings I'll dry you like this from now on, bye sweetie" and the mom gave Luke a Spider-Man kiss and she walked away leaving Luke helplessly hung upside down in wet clothes to dry on mommy's washing line and that is how you leave a gymnast out to dry if your little gymnast comes home soaking wet on a warm sunny day!

UPSIDE DOWN TREATMENT! Once upon a time a mom took her ten year old daughter named Sophie to the doctor because she was having back pain! The doctor told Sophie her back is slightly unstretched but if she goes to the park and hangs upside down by her knees for five minutes a day it will straighten her back and then no more back pain so the doctor told Sophie to find a bar and hang upside down! Sophie the next day went to her local playground and she saw the monkey bars! She was barefoot in a Disney t-shirt and shorts and she hung upside down lifting both her legs over the bar and hooking her bare feet behind another bar across the monkey bars and letting go of her hands! Sophie hung upside down dangling her arms beneath her head and was unable to reach the ground beneath her! The blood started rushing to her head and her tummy got a slight dose of butterflies and she saw the playground in front of her from an inverted position! Everyday for the next month Sophie hung upside down! When they visited the doctor again her back was now straight and her back pain was completely gone! Sophie actually told the doctor she likes hanging upside down and she would continue to hang upside down even into her adult years to avoid any potential backpain! The end!

UPSIDE DOWN, CAUSE I FELT LIKE IT! Once upon a time a ten year old girl named Samantha who was into gymnastics was hanging upside down by her knees from the monkey bars at her local playground! Her long fuzzy hair dangled like a wet floor mop, her t-shirt fell exposing her bare tummy and her bare feet were safely hooked behind another bar on the monkey bars! Samantha dangled her arms beneath her head unable to reach the sand beneath the monkey bars when a man who was a construction worker building a house opposite walked over to her and said hello to which she replied "hello" back and he asked her why she was hanging upside down to which she replied "because I felt like it" The construction worker walked away and a minute later a smaller toddler walked beneath her asking "why you upside down?" To which Samantha replied "because I felt like it" Then her Aunt spotted her niece Samantha hanging upside down on her way home from work so her Aunt walked towards her and asked what she was doing hanging upside down to which Samantha replied "because I felt like it" Then suddenly a boy named Steve who has a crush on her walked towards her and they chatted for a while and he eventually asked why she was hanging upside down to which her reply was "because I felt like it" So moral of the story Samantha was hanging upside down by her knees that day because she felt like it! UPSIDE DOWN PUB SAFETY! Once upon a time a mom and daddy owned a pub where violent fights often broke out! They had an eleven year old daughter named Riley who to keep safe from the drunken men in the pub installed monkey bars on top of the ceiling as high as 20 feet in the air with a ladder for her to climb up! That's right Riley had her own monkey bars and gymnastics bars connected to the ceiling of her parents pup! One day a fight was breaking out between violent men! Riley was fortunately super safe hanging upside down 20 feet in the air on the monkey bars above them! The one drunk man said "what you doing hanging up there?" To which Riley replied with clever wit ""you drunk men are scary, I feel much safer up here" Riley covered her nose and mouth with her hands while hanging upside down and then dangled her arms beneath her head looking at the perspective of drinks being served only because she was upside down everything looked upside down! Despite the fights in the pub Riley felt safe hanging upside down from the ceiling where no drunk man could reach her because they don't have the same powers as Spider-Man and are too drunk to climb a ladder so she admired the drunken fights safely from her upside down position hanging upside down 20 feet in the air above the whole pub and she always said "I feel much safer hanging upside down up here" The end!

UPSIDE DOWN IN P.E! Once upon a time the teacher Miss Jones called all 2nd grade children outside to the school playground and the teacher said "today children we will learn how to hang by your knees upside down from the monkey bars, first remove your shoes and socks" So the children took off their shoes and socks and some were nervous to hang upside down and some were a little excited to hang upside down! Miss Jones said "Can I have Gemma" so Gemma walked under the monkey bars and Miss Jones said "I want you to jump and grab the bar with both hands" to which Gemma did just that and then Miss Jones said "now lift up your legs and wrap your knees around one of the bars" to which Gemma did and then Miss Jones said "now hook both of your bare feet behind a second bar and let go of your hands and fall back" and Gemma after hooking her feet but before letting go said "I'm scared" but Miss Jones held her left arm and said "It's alright, I got you" so Gemma let go and hung upside down by her knees from the monkey bars! Her t-shirt fell slightly exposing her tummy and Miss Jones said "now let both of your arms dangle beneath you" to which Gemma dangled her arms unable to reach the ground beneath her as Miss Jones softly held onto Gemma's left arm as she hung upside down! Miss Jones Said "now children as you can see her face is turning red especially in her cheeks and nose, blood is rushing to her head and right now she is seeing all of you upside down, she can either look at the floor or look straight ahead and see all of you upside down, tell us what you see Gemma?" "I see everything upside down" And Miss Jones said "if your eyes are upside down you will see things upside down, she also feels her face warming up and inside of her tummy is a slight ticklish feeling of butterflies, do you feel butterflies inside your tummy Gemma?" "Yep" yelped Gemma as she hung upside down with her arms dangling beneath her with Miss Jones holding her left arm keeping her upside down longer! Gemma was hanging upside down too high to reach the ground which made her feel scared but also it was super fun! Gemma yelped "I can't reach the ground" to which Miss Jones replied "I know you can't reach the ground, these monkey bars are quite high, enjoy being upside down in the sun, It's good for you to dangle like a monkey" Gemma quickly lifted up her t-shirt that had fell towards her neck but Miss Jones said "dangle your arms" to which Gemma dangled her arms beneath her head once more hanging upside down in front of her school class with her t-shirt slowly falling again! Miss Jones then said "now to come back down she will lift up her arms and grab the bar and unhook her legs and jump down, you can also backflip down but we'll do that another lesson" Gemma grabbed the bar and unhooked her knees and jumped back down and Miss Jones said "I want everyone to have a turn of hanging upside down from these monkey bars, five minutes each hanging upside down to get a lovely dose of blood to your heads and butterflies in your tummies, alright children, lets begin the gymnastics, who wants a turn next? Once upon a time a young gymnast named Holly had long ginger hair and one day in gymnastics class after doing giants on the bars she asked her gymnastics coach a question saying "miss you know if a gymnast with long hair was sad and upset and she hung upside down and put shampoo in her hair could she wash her hair with her tears?" Her gymnastics coach found the question funny and answered "she would have to cry a lot to wash her hair! So Holly decided to test that theory so the next day on a Saturday she went into her garden in her leotard and bare feet and she hung upside down by her knees from her gymnastics bar holding a bottle of shampoo but she wasn't crying! She knew she needed to cry to test this theory so she flipped to her feet and went back inside her house into the kitchen to get an onion and she went back outside and hung upside down again this time rubbing the onion on her face under her eyes and rubbing the onion on her nose and under her eyes and mouth while she was hanging upside down and she even peeled the onion with her finger nails and she started crying while she was hanging upside down because of the onion! Her tears run down her forehead into her long ginger hair so she rubbed the shampoo into her hair while she was hanging upside down and it took her 30 minutes to wash her hair while hanging upside down with just her crying tears! The government passed a law providing gymnasts with free coins from the government that they had to take to school in their pockets! Gymnast children were given free coins and leotards with big bulky pockets! Gymnast children were told any coin that fell out of their pocket that day was legally no longer theirs but every day they would be given free money so poverty was impossible amongst gymnast children! Gymnast children had a strict government run dress code of bare feet and leotards with big pockets! Gymnast children were also genetically engineered to be small, short and skinny! The brutes on the other hand were genetically engineered to be big, strong and tall with bulky muscle and the brutes were given no money but to avoid poverty were told to hold gymnasts upside down by their ankles to get their share of coins! So in this strange society gymnasts tip toed around the town trying to dodge the brutes and if caught the gymnasts would be held by their ankles upside down and given a shake to empty their pockets and from this system everyone thrived and coins were shared to all children whether Brutes who took coins by holding the gymnasts upside down or gymnasts who had coins for free but made to carry them in bulky leotard pockets! Many brutes and gymnasts became best friends and the gymnasts glady let the brutes hold them upside down by their ankles to empty their pockets by giving them a shake so everyone could share their coins and this way wealth was shared to all in this small town in New Jersey! UPSIDE DOWN HICCUP CURE! Once upon a time a young seven year old girl named Emma had a bad case of hiccups! They lasted for a month with her mom deciding to finally arrange a doctor visit for her case of never ending hiccups! The doctor said the two best ways to cure hiccups is either scaring someone or drinking while upside down! Emma didn't like being scared so she agreed on the upside down drinking method! So Emma's mom took Emma to her daddy and asked him to hold her upside down by her ankles while she gets a glass of water! The daddy picked up Emma by her ankles holding her completely upside down high in the air to which Emma yelped in slight fear finding the whole deal of being turned upside down kind of fun! "*hiccup*, I'm *hiccup* upsi-*hiccup*-de-*hiccup*-down-*hiccup*" she yelped while being held upside down by her daddy! Is your face turning all rosy like Rudolpth my sweet rosy gymnast? How delightful" and everyone kept going upside down while their partners said loving things to them during gymnastics class and then afterwards the Gymnastics coach Rachel said "right children lesson learned today is gymnasts are not just a family but are an upside down family, holding each other upside down in partner handstands or by spotting is a sign of loving friendship in gymnastics, you must all feel warm and fuzzy inside when you see your fellow gymnasts upside down and when your the one upside down you should feel even more warm and fuzzy so gymnasts remember to show kindness especially loving special kindness when your friend is upside down and if your heart starts pounding when a best friend is dangling upside down you know for sure you are truly feeling the gymnastics love because gymnasts are not just a family but an upside down family" and this is how gymnasts show they care, by turning those they hold dear upside down which in gymnastics is how you show love to each other by turning your fellow gymnasts upside down because true gymnasts understand that in gymnastics friendship and love are flipped upside down! Once upon a time in a new elementary school a 9 year old girl named Barbara was playing by herself! She wanted a friend and it was the second week of her starting this new school! She was not getting bullied but at the same time because she had mild autism she prefered playing by herself a lot! Barbara kept playing with her Imaginary unicorns who she was a farmer for at least in her imagination!

Still athough in her mind she owned a unicorn farm she still wanted at least one real life friend and the other kids were playing basketball and avoided her cause they thought she was weird! However Barbara saw one other girl also playing alone! Her name was Kelsey!

Kelsey kept trying to do a handstand but unfortunately she couldn't lift her legs up high enough! Barbara starred at Kelsey's attempts at doing a handstand but Kelsey struggled to lift her legs up high enough! Barbara decided to continue looking after her Imaginary unicorns!

The next day at recess Barbara was stressed from a difficult math lesson so she decided to treat her pretend unicorns to some pretend chocolate apples! And Kelsey was still trying to do a handstand but sadly Kelsey couldn't kick her legs vertical! Barbara thought "what if someone just held her legs for her" but Barbara was too scared to say hello!

The next day Barbara gave her pretend unicorns a toy to play with! Of course the toy was pretend too! Barbara thought if Kelsey plays alone just like her then they would make perfect friends! Kelsey still struggling to do a good handstand was sad and about to cry so Barbara walked up to Kelsey and said "Hi, I'm Barbara, do you need any help? I can hold your legs for you? Lets be friends"! Kelsey responded with "I'm Kelsey and I'd love to be your friend, please help me do a handstand, please?" so Kelsey tried to do another handstand and this time Barbara held Kelsey's legs so Kelsey this time did a proper vertical handstand!

Kelsey said while looking at the upside down view of children playing basketball at recess "life is so much better upside down" and Barbara responded while holding Kelsey in a handstand with "I can hold your legs every recess and introduce you to my pretend unicorns"

Kelsey kicked back to her feet and said "pretend unicorns? awesome, maybe your unicorns can live in my upside down land?"

Barbara responded with "That's great as a pretend upside down unicorn farm is way better than the pretend right side up unicorn farm I have now"

And from that day on Kelsey and Barbara were best friends!
