My silly conditioning technique

So when I'm doing some strength at home, I often get tired and feel like stopping. Well, today I got really scared while trying to watch a horror/suspense anime (key word being "trying"-- nothing had even happened yet lol). Then I thought, hey, I could get a lot of leg lifts out of that feeling!

It might not really increase my strength. I'm not toting this as something you should try out, so don't get mad at me for spreading false information around. Just wondering if anyone else had done this

If you can generate that feeling of anxiety to stimulate an adrenaline release, sure.

Amazing how much extra strength a bit of adrenalin gives.

I am amazed at competition what some of the boys I coach have done strength wise.

I have seen some boys compete strength skills that they haven't been able to do in class. Its like "wow", where did that come from!
