Parents New gym for xcel gold team

My daughter recently left a gym she had been at for years and we don't know where to go. She was on silver xcel last year and did extremely well at state, but this first year of gold was rough with one of the new coaches. My daughter doesn't do well with cruel or humiliating comments in front of the team, so she felt broken down over the season and had some injuries as well. Where could she go for a positive silver/gold/platinum xcel program near us (Kenmore area)? Any insight would be helpful and driving up to 30-45 min. is ok for a great program.

Asking because we used to live near Kenmore WA so I have a lot of suggestions depending on which gym you left.
