No. Cast to minimum of horizontal is a special requirement for Level 6 which is worth 0.5. However, all casts in optional levels are deducted based on the degree from vertical. So, if the gymnast casts to horizontal, she meets the SR, but will get a deduction for the angle (up to 0.3 ) when the angle is less than vertical.
Casts do not have a value part until they reach handstand and then they are a B value.

1 Cast to horizontal or above
1 bar change
1 element from Group 3, 6, or 7
Dismount, minimum of an A



In trying to understand the new requirements I've seen this reference of "Group 3, 6, 7". How is a person to know what is in group 3, 6 or7? Is this also something that is found in Code of Points? Or is there a document I can refer to?
