Kealeigh's nonnie

Hello everyone!

I just stumbled onto this site and thought it would be fun to join. My granddaugher is 6 and 1/2 and this is her first year of competing. I've had her since she was one so she's just like one of my own! I loved gymnastics as a kid and still love to follow the olympic gymnasts. Kealeigh really loves it and seems to have the knack.
 
Welcome to the Chalkbuket, it sounds like you have a talented little one on your hands. Aren't you both lucky to have each other, it is fun to love gymnastics together! I am sure you will meet lots of great people here to share with.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
