Women Out of age

Hi. In the UK here. Can someone try and explain what out of age means in WAG terms.

In very basic terms it means the child is older than the minimum age for that grade.

If the minimum age for a grade is 10 years old its every child that turns 10 within that year (2012 born if comparing to this particular year....) any child 11 or above ie born before 2012 is out of age.
