Link Removedis the USAG chart going over the level 1-5 routines for the 2013-2020 cycle. There have been a few minor changes (level 3 beam requires a cross handstand with feet joined vs feet split), but it definitely gives the general idea.

Note that many gyms do not compete levels 1 & 2 (they are pre-team or rec levels) and some gyms do not compete level 3. That means not all gymnasts will learn or demonstrate the routines and some gyms may place these skills in different "levels" within the gym's class/team system than they fall under the USAG's classification.

The "big skills" are:

L3 bars: front hip circle, mill circle, shoot through
L3 floor: ROBHS
L3 beam: handstand, dismount is side handstand with twist

L2 bars: mill circle, back hip circle
L2 floor: round off
L2 beam: lever, dismount is side handstand without twist

L1 bars: pullover, back hip circle
L1 floor: ?cartwheel - I think. I can't remember
L1 beam: I can't remember. Some jumps?
