How do I join? Do I need to try from a computer instead of my phone?

I'm not entirely sure... I'm working on an iPad but using safari browser, not usually the mobile app... And since I'm already a member of the group I think it will just show up for me if I try from my phone. The group isn't set to private yet so anyone should be able to join and post.
