Just wanted to share something lighthearted and cute. At open gym last night one of my kids' coaches decided to try some "stunts" with my dd. He assured me it was not "cheerleading" but "partner gymnastics". I said, "Good, because I can't afford another hobby" lol. They had fun, and I can't believe she isn't afraid of the height!!

BTW there was another coach there to catch her if she fell, so don't worry. And nobody was hurt in the making of these photos, lol. I love the facial expressions, though.

It is good balance practice!! My DD had a coach that would hold her up like that on one of his hands. She loved it! No one was there to catch her though, hmmm. LOL. Cute pics!!

Wow--great pics!!! My dd does that with her old cheer gym (she started out as a cheerleader) once in a while. The coach knows she is now a gymnast so he creates new "stunts" to do with her that are more acrobatic. She loves it!!! It is great for balance, air awareness and something just fun to do. Glad she had a great time!!

That is so cute and is probably actually a great idea to build balance. Although i must admit at first it was her face i was looking at to see the "funny" faces. Then I realized it was him that was making the faces...lol
