Lochte is my ds's favorite. He was SO excited watching Lochte swim alongside the world record line for so long. Unfortunately he couldn't pull it out but did super in the race.

Is it just me, or does Phelps seem a little arrogant?

Its not just you. However, he has won 17 Olympic medals and is considered one of the best ever in his sport. I don't think you get that far without some arrogance.
