D's favorite grips ripped a couple of weeks ago and he has yet to make good friends with his new ones. But tonight, I think they made an important step along that path.
He has been working his first giants, and his other giants, (never can remember which is which!) and was starting to work his pirouette from his other giants into his first giants. Tonight, he made it! He did 2 other giants, pirouette, 3 first giants. He was so happy. He stalled in handstand on the first giant after the pirouette, but he made it.
I should add that this was after almost smacking the bar after a pirouette
I love when he gets a new skill right after I show up to pick up!!!!
