at gymnastics my group has been doing a chanko drill.(not sure if i spelled it right)i can do a BHS ,but we are suppose to move on to back tucks.
i am a little scared to do one do you have any tips?

this is how we set up the drill:
we put the spring-board and the thing you put around it in front of a couple mats stacked up.You have to land on the board after a round-off.Then do a tuck.Thanks:vault:
 
i had trouble with that as well.
have you asked your coack to stand there for more confidence.
thats what i did and it really helped.
however it all comes down to just going for it.

It's not as hard as you think, you could have your coach stand there if you'd like
