I see girls that aren’t old enough to talk to colleges yet(2028s/2029s etc) posting about getting mail sent to their gym from colleges. How is that allowed? And what are the colleges sending them?

Colleges can't directly contact gymnasts.
I guess sending it to the gym/coach is one way around that.

it is either a camp info card or just basic information about the college which is fine

Colleges can send very basic college info in the mail, either to the gym or to their home. They can also follow on social media and like posts but can’t comment. My daughter started getting mailers when she was 8. Couldn’t have a conversation with them until June 15th after her sophomore year.
