I see girls that aren’t old enough to talk to colleges yet(2028s/2029s etc) posting about getting mail sent to their gym from colleges. How is that allowed? And what are the colleges sending them?

Colleges can't directly contact gymnasts.
I guess sending it to the gym/coach is one way around that.

it is either a camp info card or just basic information about the college which is fine
