Parents Regular Coach Turnover

Pea had the same coach from pre-team through level 5. Liked and disliked it at the same time. They are VERY bonded as a level with each other and their coach, and act like sisters (very protective of each other, but bicker.) I think it would have been beneficial for them to experience some different coaching styles, techniques etc. Now they are moving optionals and have been working with one of the two optional coaches along with their compulsory coach. It has been a very nice transition for them I think.

The lower level compulsories seem to have one coach they stay with. Upper level compulsories have 2 coaches, who each coach 2 events. In level 4 they start to rotate in the optional coaches, so that the the girls work with them one day a week or so. By the time they get to L6, they are very familiar with the optional coaches. I like the way it all blends
