Coaches Regulation mat sizes for Balance Beam and Bars

Can anyone tell me what the regulation mat sizes are for Balance Beam (underneath and landing mat)? Also for Bars?

Aaaand do you know if this information can be found on usag's website?

The matting regs are found in rules & policies. You can download it from the website, but if you are a professional member, you can call USAG and request one for free. (Its fairly long for printing!)

Most mat companies sell "regulation landing mats specific for the different events". Just check out their webistes, DGS, tiffin, etc.
