I just started to develop a 2-a-day workout for some talented "hot shots." Can anyone share with me, their recommendations, for the needed rest and nutrition to maximize their endurance/strength for the 2nd workout?

I'm trying to get a consensus if anyone is using some sort of formula for rest period time and nutritional uptake, to maximize the body recovery time for 2-a-day workouts. Some professional sports physiologist/trainers use the formula of 30 minutes of rest for every 10 lbs of body weight, and 1gm of protein/2gm carbohydrates for every 10 lbs of body weight directly after 1st workout to maximize the recovery period. But in the US there seems to be quite of bit of variations, and I am looking for examples of what has worked with other coaches running an aggressive developmental program.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
