I got a metal practice bar for the kids from a gym that has closed. (They're not doing anything fancy, just staying strong.)
The surface is starting to flake in places and I would like to resurface it properly and hopefully get more for it than I paid when I am ready to sell it.
Ideas? What is the proper metal bar surface?
