Hi all, I am wanting some feedback from people who have used various ring systems.

At our gym, none of our rings currently have any give in them, and I am wanting to get that changed to reduce risk of injury, especially as the boys levels are moving up.

The best system I can seem to find appears to be GymNova's Ring flex adjuster, which is pretty awesome as it says you can adjust the elasticity though 5 various levels. They also have a bar flex system I think which can be adjusted, not sure which is better?

I know JF have a good spring system in their rings frame too.
Was wondering if anyone has used the spring loaded swivels? Carolinagym seem to be the only place to sell them separately and was wondering how good they are. Sold separately means they are a lot cheaper, but then they are also at a set tension, where as GymNova can be adjusted.

Thoughts/feedback from any MAG coaches or gymnasts here with experience with any of these systems?
