Rips!!

I seem to rip a lot on bars, usually I rip weekly and sometimes the rips get soooo bad that I can't do bars. How do I 1) Help better prevent rips from happening, and 2) Help to heal my rips faster??
 
1) to help prevent rips from happening you can use grips (beginner grips or grips) or tape
2) to help them heal fast put tea bags on them or some vitamin E, put some vitamin E on and then put your hand in a sock and go to bed :)
 
To help them heal you can use neosproren (spelling?). Most people say to use tea bags, but it makes my rips worse. I have also heard that putting chapstick on rips helps too!
To prevent them you can either were grips or tape your hands, put its sometimes hard to do bars with taped hands.
