Rubber Feet for Beam

I coach at a YMCA, and we have to set up our beams before we practce. We have 2 beams. On one, the rubber feet are gone (and were when I started coaching here). On the other, the rubber feet have worn down from being improperly moved too many times. I have looked all over the internet, but I cannot find anywhere that sells replacement rubber feet for beams. Does anyone know of a place that sells them or an easier solution to the problem?

Maybe you could talk to the gyms in the area, they may have a pair to spare.
