Cartwheels Gymnastics Center, in Clifton Park NY is growing and we need an awesome person to join our team! We are currently hiring for a full time Recreational Program Director. This position is salaried and involves coaching a competitive team. The position also includes health insurance and a great vacation package.
Responsibilities would include:
-Planning and developing lesson plans on a biweekly basis.
-Communicating with other staff and ensuring consistent implementation throughout the week.
-Coaching compulsory through lower level optional gymnasts
-Coaching recreational classes as well as the occasional preschool class.
-Various administrative duties.
-Coaching other classes depending on the needs of the gym.
This person must come from a gymnastics background with at least two years of continuous coaching experience. Cartwheels is an upbeat and fun environment to work in. A naturally positive attitude and love of children is a must!
