Women Scared to death to touch a beam

I've never been scared of anything. Well anything I can remember. But right now I'm scared to even touch a beam. I'm not scared of the skills I'm just scared of falling and getting hurt. I don't know how to handle this.

Work on a floor line with your eyes closed. Only do the skills you feel are safe even if that means dance through instead of routines. Video tape (end view) your third routine and every thrd routine after that. Watch them when you get home.

Do all your skills on the small beam with mats around them, take one mat on each side away whenever you feel comfortable and just keep walking and turning on the high beam, then when you're comfortable with no mats on the low beam you go too a higher one with someone spotting you, and then you go to the high beam with mats under them so it's the same as a low beam only higher but you still have the mats so it's basically the same, then you take one mat away and then the other one so you eventually get too high beam without mats.
