Some of you may have seen posts about my dd freezing and not getting over her fear of back walkovers on the high beam !!
Well tonight after going back to basics over the past few weeks she climbed on the high beam and BOOM straight over !! Yippee well done my star just need to keep it up !!

Mine competed hers yesterday, despite doing her best to avoid it in training and stuck her beam routine (even got bronze), she is getting better but I don't think will ever be happy doing them.

She is absolutely storming through her skills since doing this , her coaches are well chuffed ! Tonight at the end of session chat 2 coaches agreed she worked the hardest and is executing all skills she otherwise held back on !! Well chuffed x
