I did an aerial tonight and my aerials are the worst but I've been trying to clean them up and make them better. But anyway I did an aerial and landed ,knees bent and ankles a little askew, and it hurt my shins a little. So how do I stretch my shins out to prevent a horrible future injury and how can I get my side aerials better?

Not sure stretching will solve your issue with your shins. Landing crunched like that is bound to cause injury. For an aerial though, you must have a powerful take-off: push off from a lunge and push upward with your chest up. To get better at the take-off you can practice just pushing off and jumping up onto a higher mat and landing on you take-off leg.
