I'm a level 7. Since I'm a good dancer I have several fun turns in my floor routine. one of them is a full turn where my leg stays at horizontal the entire time.(see Shawn Johnson's beam routine) My coach said she thinks it's a B level, but our code of points has gone missing, so I was wondering if anyone else could confirm that.
 
You can download the code of points from FIG. I downloaded it once, because i thought it would be cool to know the deductions and stuff like that. I didn't realize how long it is. I never finished. I was thinking it would be more like the rules for cheer (Link Removed)

I believe if you keep it at horizontal or above for the entire turn it is a B at least how it was about 3 years ago when I did level 10.
