Today I had the family member of one of my gymnasts ask me if I knew of any technique type videos for her grand-daughter who is 9 and a rec gymnast. She wants something like that for her birthday. I have plenty of technique videos laying around the gym but they are to for coaches therefore far to technical for a kiddo to enjoy.
Do any of you have any ideas of videos that fit that description, and if not what would you suggest instead?
