Hi all-
I've looked through the skill thread for giant/baby giant drills but it looks like a lot of the really good ones require a coach to spot.
Does anyone have suggestions for drills (especially to encourage strong tapping and correct timing, and discourage arching over the top) that a gymnast could do solo?

And spotting. :) Also, a neoprene back brace wrapped around the hips does wonders for improving baby giants. The kids are more likely to attempt corrections when they know they aren't going to slam the hips on the bar.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
