How do you get your splits all the way down? I am not all the way down, but I do over splits sometimes, I hold my arms up for the last 10 seconds, and if I tick off my coach, I get pushed down lol. Anyways, any tips for me you have? I need my splits all the way down before our season starts or I will get help getting them down. Stretches and techniques please?

Honestly there is not much you can do other than streach your legs, warm them up as pulling a cold muscle can result in bad things and then just sitting in your split or oversplit, for as long as you can everyday. A lot of people do it while they watch TV, kind of distracts from the pain. Good luck.
