I've always been lucky that our gym's competition leo is dark purple, but even so, when we get nervous or warm you can still kind of see the sweat marks under the arms. I don't know how the other gyms at our competitions don't get sweat marks, especially as I've seen suits that are light pink or green on the upper half! I am 19 and the rest of my team is 13-16, so we are definitely not prepubescent kids who don't sweat much, but there are other gyms with girls our age who don't get marks at all. How on earth do they manage this??

It's the aluminum in the deodorant that causes stains, not the sweat itself.

Sorry I should have been more clear. I meant there are dark spots on the leotards during competition when we're sweating a lot, from the sweat itself. I guess we just sweat a lot and the girls from the other gyms miraculously don't?
