I'm trying to learn a back tuck on beam, just so I can say I've done it. Any pointers?

And don't worry -- I'm not going to just chuck it on a high beam. Not until I've landed about a million of them on a line and on a low beam.

Try not to move your feet lol... keep them still... I can't explain stuff well. But one pointer I always got: "if you feel yourself falling fall. Don't smack your head off the beam. It's better to get the deduction than a concussion. "

Make sure you're at the top of the jump before you tuck. Then all you have to do is land it!!!

You've got to put some video on here!!!

Make a billion on a line on the floor...lol--beam is just the floor in a straight line.
