Hi Everyone!
A little but about myself:
I was first introduced to gymnastics about 15 years ago and competed for 10 years. After my retiring from competition (and reaching a national level), I continued to do strength training and coaching (TNT and Men's artistic). Family and work led me out of the country. I moved to the Philippines and started making vast changes to my training protocol. After spending two years in the Philippines (where I also first tried parkour) I moved back the the States. I'm currently based in Washington DC, the bulk of my training is gymnastics with some other stuff thrown into the mix and my nutrition is Paleo inspired with the occasional Neolithic cheat.
