Off Topic Thinking about Boston

Just to say that while I am catching up with chalkbucket I am watching the news coverage from Boston and it's horrific. I know we have chalkbucket members in the town and hope you are not caught up in it, although it must be affecting the whole city. Really upsetting.

I agree...it is very upsetting. We are not too far from there and we know several people who ran the marathon. Thankfully, they're all ok, but the pictures are tragic.

My sister was running her 4th Boston today and was half a mile from the finish when it happened. It was a very long 90 minutes waiting to hear from her this afternoon, but she is okay. Very shaken up, but physically ok. Still can't believe this happened here...
