Hey so I just started gymnastics 3years ago I am in J.O. 7 and recently injured my leg . Itigtness has been a problem science I’ve joined bent knees bent arms and a loose back. Around nov-dev I started to figure out how to be tight on backhand on beam (struggled for a while on getting it tight and not being afraid)and I was sooo happy.then at the end of dec I injured my leg still competed that weekend and then after the comp I took 2 months off. I thought the biggest problem would be not being afraid Of my backhand on beam but I’m not scared at all the problem is I’m really loose in back which causes my hips and hands to turn causing me to basically do a back cartwheel I’m really starting to get discouraged. .......any advice??
Thanks

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
