I just recently got an air track, and I’ve been struggling with standing back handspring for the longest time. I have a round off-back handspring pretty consistently with good form, it’s just the standing one that gets me messed up. I need tips!! Please lmk what you think. I havebefore and after videos of my at home practice today. I’m pretty sure it’s obvious which one was my first one
