Parents 'tis the season - gifts.. kip trainer? parallelettes?

Not sure if either are great, but my dd just finished her first comp season (level 3) and is super excited to be training level 4 skills.

Are either of these useful? We have a metal bar on the side of our play structure that is about the right height that she could use the kip trainer. And she would love to work on a press handstand and I've seen people talk about parallettes..

Just be careful with any of it. A girl at my daughter's gym got a concussion hitting her head on one of those parallette bars close to the ground.
