Too many girls in L3?

16 girls with 2 coaches is a very normal number for level 3. That is just 8 girls to a coach. We often have up to 12 girls to a coach at level 3 and it works very well if the coach is organized. A good coach will keep the whole group active and moving and will make sure kids don't waste so much time that they only get 2 turns on the bar. They will have other drills and stations set up so each child is learning and developing the whole time.
