ahhh, moody teens and pre-teens. DS 14 is all over the place right now - terrible Christmas Eve, good Christmas, ready to get back to full gym in January but thinks he won't be able to compete HB (no difficult skills there since the concussion in late November, and at that time was iffy on the pirouette to back giants part...) - but he still wants me involved and watching, probably because he has progressed so fast in the last 12 months. DD 12 will occ. talk to me about gym but ANY enthusiastic response is met with a negative reaction. I just stuff it in. She doesn't get mad if her coaches tell me the skills she is back to doing, though... and the little one (10) is still easy peasey - but he's very emotive in general, so I figure the next 5 years will age me 20....
