Can anyone tell me if I can upload a video directly to CB or can I only put a link for the video? I attempted to upload a video last night and was told I wasn't authorized to do so or something to that effect. Can any help me out?
 
You need to use a video hosting site like youtube or vimeo and then you can embed using the video button that is above the box when you start a new thread. Though that doen't always work. I usually post to youtube and then just paste the link in my post.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
