Men "Walmart Kip" on Pbars

My level 6 is trying to bring his glide kip up above the bar into a V. He was excited that he thought he'd figured it out, but when he showed his coach, his coach said, "No, don't do that. It's a Walmart Kip." My son doesn't understand what is wrong with it. He wanted me to ask. Here is his description: It's where jump, catch bars in a slight hollow, then you come up really high and come back down in a basket, then kip up into a V and open.

Been doing this 25+ years - never heard of it. However, Glide kip through V and extend to swing hand - cool; Glide kip to V and hold - not allowed. (...under current code, it used to be a C value skill two quads ago)
