Welcome our new admin

Please welcome @txgymfan as our new admin, she has been on the CB for a very long time as a mod. We are thrilled to have her take over where we are leaving off. @Geoffrey Taucer and myself are now former admins, we will be sticking around as emergency back up if needed.

@JBS will continue to run the site and keep the financial side of things flowing.
