What does RB mean?

I was just nosing at the startlists for the English Championships (getting excited) and noticed the abbreviation RB against some of the entrants. I may be being stupid (it is Saturday night) but I can't work out what it means. Can anybody put me out of my misery?

Is the start list on line to view anywhere?

Not as far a I know. But if you find it, please post the link. I love gawping at lists on the internet, it's the main reason my house is a mess.
