I've heard a lot about it in the forum, it sounds like a special program or something like that. But What is exactly?

HAHA that is so cool, never knew Google offered that service..

But yeah in a short summary, TOPS is a female Talent Identification program, that leads on to an Elite stream.
TOPS consist of a series of conditioning tests, and based on performance kids make TOPS teams, which are invited to attend training camps etc. It starts of at an early age. Most kids who wish to do TOPS are also considering the Elite pathway to gymnastics, and not just USAG JO program.
