Where can i get some mats or grips for cheap?

My daughter needs some grips, and she would also like a mat to practice at home? I don't where to look there is tons of places on the net, but i dont know what the average cost is and if it's worth it.

Check on ebay for mats, you can usually get good deals. As for grips check with her coach. Sometimes coaches do not want them to have grips until they say, sometimes they only want a certain type or brand of grips, the coach is also able to recommend the right size.
