Coaches Where do I find coaches?

I am starting an afterschool and Sunday program in Brooklyn. I need female instructors to teach tumbling and low level gymnastics skills for an all girls program. I am open to hiring high school students as well.
Where do I find coaches? What is reasonable compensation?
