Are you an experienced leader in recreational gymnastics with a background in managing large-scale programs? We’re seeking a top-tier Program Director to help us launch and lead our recreational and preschool gymnastics program in Singapore. Position Overview: As the Program Director, you will lead all aspects of our recreational and preschool gymnastics programs, from curriculum development to staff training and management. You’ll create and implement a comprehensive staff training curriculum to ensure high-quality, kid-focused instruction across all levels. Your role will be central in creating a positive, inclusive environment where both coaches and young athletes can excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design, structure, and oversee lesson plans and curriculum for recreational and preschool gymnastics, creating an engaging experience for children.
  • Staff Training & Management: Develop and implement a robust training curriculum for staff, providing ongoing support and mentorship to maintain high teaching standards.
  • Large-Scale Program Management: Utilize your experience managing large recreational gymnastics programs to optimize operations and ensure consistency across the board.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Experience: At least 8+ years in recreational gymnastics program management, ideally with experience in large, high-volume programs (>1000 Students).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team of coaches, with a strong focus on staff training and quality assurance.
  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with classroom management, early childhood development, or educational psychology is preferred but not required.
  • Kid-Friendly Approach: Enthusiastic, approachable, and skilled at connecting with children to create a positive and enjoyable experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Highly Competitive Salary (US$130,000 - $150,000)
